Basic Skills Program
The North Shore Skating Club runs US Figure Skating Skate with U.S. Basic Skills group lessons twelve months a year. Our Basic Skills Programs are held at the Burbank Ice Arena in Reading under the auspices of our Junior Club.
The Club has been recognized by US Figure Skating as one of the most respected and successful Basic Skills programs in the country. We have a highly qualified staff of professional figure skating instructors providing lessons for children and adults. We offer group lessons year-round, as well as additional basic skills practice sessions where you can polish your skills or take private lessons. Come join the fun, and learn to skate!

2010 - 2011 Fall Session Basic Skills Program Lesson Schedule, Application & General Information
Application, schedule & general information for our Fall Junior Club (Session 1) Basic Skills Lesson Program which runs from September 9th through November 6th, 2010. Children and teens have the option of Thursday afternoon or Saturday morning classes, however adult classes are offered on Saturday mornings only. Our highly qualified professional instructors are all members of the Professional Skater's Association and teach the US Figure Skating Basic Badge Program. This program is not only for beginners wishing to learn how to skate, but it is also pefect for those more advanced skaters who want to learn basic jumps and spins for figure skating or correct skating techniques to become a better hockey player.

Class Descriptions and Equipment Information
This includes information about class levels, class assignment, and other useful information including suggested shops for purchase, rental and sharpening of skates.

Practice Times Now Available in Short Term Contracts
Specific NSSC Senior Club Sessions are now available in short term contracts to all skaters who join the NSSC Junior Club. Guidelines and application in this attachment.
